Instructions for Fulfillment:

  • Identity Accuracy: Your physical identifiers (height, weight, eye color) must match your current state or federal ID.

  • Submission Deadlines: If you are under a strict consulate or visa deadline, please specify your 'Must-By' date so we can calculate the federal processing buffer.
